What do you do when the ferocious, fire-breathing dragon from all your favorite stories turns out to be different than you expected? Widget, a shepherd boy from a medieval village, along with his little sister Kit and best pal Hairytoes, stumbles across the lair of a dragon thought to be extinct. Not only is Mortimer the dragon very much alive, he enjoys drinking tea and playing Scrabble, rather than burning down villages and gobbling up fair maidens. When the local bullies, led by Prince Chadwick, spread rumors about the dragon, the village calls upon Saint George the Knight to face the fearsome foe! It's up to Widget and his friends, with the help of the Master Gurus from the Mountain, to train the dragon and save the day!
A fun and entertaining outing for children and families!
