Each industry has faced its own unique set of challenges brought on by the ever-changing difficulties associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve all adapted to new ways to work, unexpected absences and have constantly had to address keeping our workers, customers and vendors safe from a novel, deadly virus. The development and distribution of a vaccine is the best way to address many of these challenges, however, it has also brought about more questions than answers. Employers in every industry want to know whether they can and should require a vaccine in order to return to a more “normal” work environment and reduce the risk posed by the virus in the workplace.
