Workforce Welcome: Building Connections for Oldham County’s Workforce

The Oldham Chamber is hosting a Workforce Welcome — an open discussion for local employers and Chamber members to learn more about our new workforce development efforts.

As Oldham County’s point of contact for workforce needs, we’re here to connect job seekers, students, and employers. Whether someone is looking for work, finishing high school, or exploring training opportunities, our goal is to know which employers are hiring, who offers training programs, and what workforce gaps exist.

This event is your chance to:

• Learn how the Chamber can help connect employers with job seekers.

• Share if your business hires or trains high school students or new graduates.

• Tell us what support or resources your business could use when it comes to finding talent.

All Oldham County employers and Chamber members are encouraged to attend. Together, we can build a stronger, more connected workforce for our community.
