We provide Healthcare Advocacy, Healthcare Navigation, & Health Education services. We represent clients in need of help navigating our complex healthcare system, are going through transitions of care, or are in need of health education.

Tailored service plans based on individuals needs and circumstances, including when family is out of state or unavailable
Coordination of care among providers, organizations, systems and care settings
Scheduling of appointments and coordination of transportation to and from
Coordination of referrals and second opinions
Reduce or eliminate hospital readmissions
*Healthcare Advocacy
Facilitate and ensure communication among all involved parties
Ensure clients needs and wishes are fully communicated and addressed appropriately
Pre- and Post appointment review
When needed, attend client medical appointments/hospitalizations with client (including surgeries, procedures, & treatments)
Transcription of medical appointments
Negotiation and adjustment of medical bills
Insurance coverage advocacy

Personalized health education (including new diagnoses, chronic conditions, medications, procedures, treatments)
Formation of tailored evidence-based goals & plan of care implementation
Identification of current barriers to health situation & personalized management strategies
Integrated/Functional Medicine perspective through diet & lifestyle interventions.
